Cooking time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1. 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
2. 3/4th cup granulated sugar
3. ½ cup sugar free cocoa powder
4. 1 ½ cups finely grated carrot
5. ½ cup canola oil
6. 1 ½ tsp baking powder
7. 1 tsp cinnamon
8. ½ tsp salt
9. 1 cup boiling water
Preparation method:
1. Take a large bowl and pour oil into it. Now add sugar and carrot to it and mix well
2. Now add water to the above mixture 
3. Now take another bowl and combine rest of the ingredients in it
4. After mixing the above ingredients well, combine this mixture with the carrot mixture and whip well
5. Now take a cake pan and grease it with oil lightly
6. After greasing the pan, sprinkle some flour on it, evenly
7. Now pour the cake mixture into the pan
8. Bake at 350°C for 35 minutes until cooked
9. And this chocolate delight is ready to serve!
Serving suggestions: This cake can be served hot or cold. It tastes best when served with hot chocolate syrup topped with chocolate chips or dress it with whipped cream along with your favourite toppings or simply enjoy it along with vanilla ice cream!
1. 1 ½ cups fresh lime juice
2. 1 cup water
3. 3 cups water
4. 1 tsp lime zest (grated)
5. Mint leaves
6. Lemon slices
Preparation Method:
1. Take a saucepan and pour water and sugar into it.
2. Keep heating till it starts to boil
3. When a boil comes, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes
4. After 5 minutes, remove the saucepan from flame and let it cool
5. Once the mixture comes to room temperature, chill it in refrigerator for 1 hour
6. Now add lemon juice and lime zest to the mixture and stir
7. Now take a shallow metal pan and pour the mixture into it. Put the pan into a freezer
8. Freeze the mixture for 3 hours
9. After 30 minutes, crush and stir the lumps with a fork/spoon.
10. Keep crushing and stirring after every 30 minutes till the mixture gets a slushy, granular texture
11. As soon as the mixture becomes slushy, it is ready to serve
Serving suggestions: While serving, decorate it with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices!
1. Milk : 500 ml
2. Sugar : 125 gms
3. Dark chocolate : 150 gms (finely chopped)
4. Vanilla extract : ½ tsp
5. Cornflour : 3 tbsp
6. Salt : 1/4th tsp
Preparation method:
1. Take a saucepan and pour milk, sugar, salt, cornstarch and vanilla extract into it. Put the saucepan on medium flame and do not boil
Note: Add 4-5 tbsp milk to the cornstarch mixture and stir to make a paste. Now add this paste to the milk mixture in saucepan. Do not add Cornstarch powder directly to the milk. ![]()
2. Keep stirring the mixture while heating the pan slowly to dissolve the sugar
3. Remove the pan from heat when the sugar dissolves completely
4. Now add chopped chocolate to the pan and stir until it fully melts in the mixture
5. Let the mixture to cool for sometime
6. Now transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker to freeze.
7. After that, transfer the contents into an air-tight container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until the mixture hardens
8. Let the mixture soften for 5-10 minutes before serving
Serving Suggestion: Decorate the yummy chocolate delight with chocolate pieces/chocolate chips while serving!
Ingredients: 
1. Muskmelon ( 1 cup) – peeled and chopped
2. Papaya ( 1 cup) – peeled and chopped
3. Dry mango powder : ½ tsp
4. Sugar : 1 tsp
Preparation Method:
1. In a blender, add papaya, water, dry mango powder and sugar
2. Blend all the ingredients well
3. Now strain the juice in a strainer
4. Remove the strained pulp and serve the juice chilled
Serving suggestions: While serving, decorate the glass with lemon peels, orange peels and mint leaves for a more refreshing effect!
